Members FAQ
Is membership free?
Yes. Creating a member account is free — sign up at reception, it takes about a minute.
What is the minimum top-up?
The minimum top-up is 500 ALL.
Does my credit expire?
Member credit expires if it isn't used for 1 month, so top up what you plan to play.
How do member levels work?
Your level grows with your total top-ups. Higher levels get a bigger discount on every session (up to 16%) and extra bonus credit on every top-up (up to +10%).
What else do members get?
Members get a PC that feels like their own: game configs, logins, browser history, monitor colours and every other setting load on any of our 27 PCs — and when they log out, the PC is wiped clean for the next player. Members also play at the member rate (120 ALL per hour, before level discount).
How do I play as a member?
Sit at any PC and log in on the lock screen with your member account. Your balance and time left appear on screen right away, and you get a warning before your time runs out.
